ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to carry out necessary corrections in the digital revenue record in patta vee.ma.o.no. 53/2008 may aa1/5014/08 dated 03.05.2008 issued in respect of S.No.1652/20 Sankaralingapuram Natham, Ondipulinayakkanoor Village, to an extent of 101 sq.m and issue digital patta in the name of the petitioner.
2. Heard the arguments of Ms.P.Malini, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who took notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the above-said land was assigned in her favour by the first respondent by an order dated 31.05.2008. The petitioner said to have put a construction in the assigned land and has been living in the said property. Now, the petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents on 09.12.2024 seeking inclusion of her name in the digital revenue records. As the said representation has not been considered, she has come forward with this writ petition.

4. Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who took notice for the respondents, would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the above-said submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the Tahsildar, Virudhunagar, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
