This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit based on the complaint given by the private respondent, the petitioner has been called for enquiry. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner.
