The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to the convict prisoner Palani to file a fresh writ petition and he can also file necessary application before the jail concerned authority seeking for leave. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petition is closed.
