This Criminal Original Petition is filed with the prayer not to harass the petitioners.

2. It can be seen that a criminal case has been registered as against the petitioners and now the case has already been charge-sheeted. In view of the fact that the case is already been charge-sheeted and pending before the Court, there is no question of any further harassment of the petitioners. Since the investigation is over, the Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the petitioners presence is no more necessary and therefore, recording the same, the petition stands disposed of.
