ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J) The writ petitioner seeks removal of encroachment allegedly committed by the respondents 6 to 9 on the road of KollamTirumangalam National Highways nearby SVS commercial building complex, situated at, Puliyankudi, Kadaiyanallur Taluk, Chinthamani627855, Tirunelveli District. He has given a representation dated 10.07.2017 in this regard.

2.We direct the third respondent to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed as alleged, the same shall be removed after issuing notice to the encroachers and by following statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
