2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is hereby modified to the effect the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P(MD)No.7621 of 2023 in 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
