ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2023. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is tenant and there was dispute between the land-lord and tenant.

3.It is seen that there was dispute between land-lord and tenant and hence, the parties have to workout their remedy before the appropriate 2/4

civil forum. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of. 18.05.2023 NCC :
