: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to carry out necessary corrections in digital revenue record in Patta No.1441 issued in respect of S.No.953/1, Ondipulinayakkanoor, to an extent of 1.04 ares and issue digital patta in the name of petitioner.

Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2.The short grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has been issued with manual patta, in the online portal, the petitioner's vendor's name is still reflecting. The petitioner has therefore, made a representation on 18.07.2024, seeking necessary rectification in the online portal to reflect the name of the petitioner in the computer patta.

3.In the light of the limited scope of the prayer sought for, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent Tahsildar to address the grievance of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
