ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 3 not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint made by the fourth respondent and not to interfere with the dispute between the landlord and tenant.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that there was a dispute between tenant and land-lord. In this regard, an enquiry is also pending. 3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
