ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute in O.S.No.711 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Judge, Madurai based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 24.06.2022.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl) would submit that as of now, there is no complaint / FIR has been registered as against the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as unnecessary.
