[ Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed for removal of the encroachments made in the water body in Survey No.844 at Grace Colony, Sengamala Nachiyapuram Village Panchayat, Sivakasi Union, Virudhunagar District.

2. The writ petitioner has given a repersentation dated 15.04.2017. Since, no action was taken, this writ petition came to be filed.

3.This Court directs the 3rd respondent to take action in accordance with law, for removal of the said encroachments within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
