Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to pay petitioner the compensation for the acquisition of the petitioner's land in Village Survey No.422/1 to an extent of 4 acre 52 cents for extension of Airport situated at Madurai based on the revenue records as well as his representation dated 16.06.2022 submitted to the respondents herein within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

2. The matter relates to disbursement of compensation in respect of petition mentioned lands. Whenever there is a dispute regarding apportionment or disbursement, the competent authority has to necessarily refer the matter to 2/4

the jursdictional Civil Court. Such a reference shall be made within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In that reference order, the name of all the stake holders including the petitioner will be shown.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
