Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.AAYIRAM.K.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8175 of 2021 dated 05.07.2021 for executing the sureties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that due to lack of information, the petitioners could not arrange the sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
