ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to correct the entry made in the UDR records pertaining to the property situated in R.S.No.223/2, Manakudi Village, Mayiladuthurai Taluk, 2.It is seen from the prayer itself that the subject property situated within the territorial limits of the Principal Seat. The first respondent is also having Office within the territorial limits of the Principal Seat. Merely because, the petitioner is residing within the territorial limits of the Madurai Bench, the writ petition can not be maintained when no part of the cause of action for filing the writ petition arose within the

territorial limits of the Madurai Bench. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition before the Principal Seat. No costs.
