Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to direct the third respondent to delete the word "self finance" in 6th standard English Medium Section and consequently direct the third respondent to delete the word surplus in Social Science graduate teacher in the staff strength for the standard 6th to 10th by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2020.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.This writ petition has been filed to issue appropriate direction to the second respondent to direct the third respondent to delete the word "self finance" in 6th standard English Medium Section and consequently to direct the third respondent to delete the word surplus in Social Science graduate teacher in the staff strength for the standard 6th to 10th by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2020.

3.Mr.R.Devaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was made a representation on 08.09.2020, wherein he has narrated his grievance in detail and no steps has been taken to dispose of the same till date. Hence, the petitioner approaches this Court.

4.Mr.N.Shanmugaselvan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submits that the said representation will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.

5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 08.09.2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law.

6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
