ORDER

Heard Mr. R.Narayanan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. R.Baskaran, Learned Standing Counsel for the First Respondent and Mr. S.Deenadhayalan, Learned Standing Counsel for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to assess the tax for the property of the Petitioner located at Thiruverumbur Village Survey No.185/1A, Near Trichy - Thanjavur Main Road at Thiruverumbur and to direct the Second Respondent to provide electricity service connection to the temporary structures of commercial shops. 3.

When it is pointed that the Petitioner has not made any representation 2/4

in respect of the reliefs claimed from the Respondents, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to resort to such procedure and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
