Heard the learned counsel on either side. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to hold the pooja function for the petition mentioned temple on 08.10.2020 from 06.00 pm to 09.00 pm. The petitioner firmly states that as regards Mariammal temple there is absolutely no dispute whatsoever. There is no communal issue and there is no rival claim. The petitioner gives a further undertaking that he will ensure that the entire event is conducted in a most peaceful manner. The petitioner is ready to abide by any advisory that may be issued by the respondents herein. 3.Recording the petitioner's undertaking, the respondents are directed to permit the petitioner to conduct the pooja event for the petition mentioned temple on 08.10.2020 from 06.00 pm to 09.00 pm.
