Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.CHANDRASEKAR.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7452 of 2023 dated 21.04.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7606 of 2023 three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
