The writ petitioner wants to restrain the 7th respondent herein from installing the concrete plant in survey No.244, Mekkodu Village, Verkilalmbi Post, Kanyakumari District. 2.He has given a representation dated 27.06.2017. Since, no action was taken, this writ petition has been filed.

3. This Court directs the third respondent to enquire into the said representation and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
