This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the Crime No.18 of 2021, dated 03.02.2021, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Saptur Police Station, Madurai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.18 of 2021 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed, on 27.08.2021, as 'mistake of fact' and RCS notice was also served upon the second respondent.
