The Writ Petition is directed against the order disqualification of the writ petitioners under Section 36(1) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative 2/6

Societies Act dated 19.06.2021 and for direction to the respondents to permit the writ petitioners to continue as the member of the society permanently in future.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners would submit that since the period is already over, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
