ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the the third respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.140 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent in an expeditious manner and consequently direct them to file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2.The petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police, which is registered in Crime No.140 of 2017. The same was not properly investigated. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was filed before the concerned Court as action dropped.

4.Let RCS notice be served upon the petitioner so that she can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
