Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent. The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the second respondent from interfering in the civil dispute. 3.The learned Government Advocate states that against the petitioner a complaint has been received from the third respondent. Though summons was issued to the petitioner, the petitioner has refused to appear.
4.In view of the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 13.10.2020 at 05.00.pm and co-operate in the enquiry. The second respondent will conclude https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.14055 of 2020 the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at the end of the enquiry, it is decided to register any FIR, the petitioner shall be put on notice so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. In any event, the second respondent will not interfere in civil dispute, the second respondent can only take action as per law.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
