Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The prayer in this writ petition is that in respect of the petition mentioned property, he should be issued separate Patta. He also wants reclassification of the same. He would further contend that the name of one Periyasamy has been erroneously included in the revenue records.
3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner such a person is non-existent. The petitioner had given a petition before the first respondent in this regard. The first respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's representation and after notice to the interested parties pass final order within a period of four weeks. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
