For Respondent : Mr.K.R.Bharathi Kannan, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1357 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324, 427 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.1357 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to personal motive, the petitioner said to have abused the defacto complainant by using filthy language and also attacked him and caused injuries. Hence, the present complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL OP(MD).No.11030 of 2020 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner, hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
