The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V.No.08/2024 dated 17.05.2024 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of detenu, namely, Aathinarayanan S/o. Karuppaiah, aged 54 years, who is now detained in Trichy Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.4214, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 28.06.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
