Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.781 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC and Sections 4(1-A), 4(1)(aaa) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and Sections 5, 6 of the Tamil Nadu Rectified Sprit Rules, 2000 in Crime No.781 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were found in possession of 6 bottles, each containing 35 liters of liquor and they have also manufactured spurious liquor. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD)No.9311 of 2023 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is having 15 previous cases including Sections 302 and 307 IPC cases. 5.In view of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
