ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to furnish the certified copy of the sale deed dated 11.12.1995 duly registered as document No: 2247/1995 along with the affixture of the petitioner's signatures and certified xerox copy of the thumb impression made in the concerned register maintained by the 3rd respondent in the respect of Doc.No.2247/1995, dated 11.12.1995 which are available in the Sub Registration Office, Sivagangai, thereby, enabling the petitioner to proceed further action on the subject matter of the issue.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that through the said sale deed, the petitioner's property was sold by impersonation and forged signatures. 3.This Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.02.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
