2.Though, the request itself has been made after a long time, we taking note of the pendency of the representation directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. We make it clear that we may not make any reference in the matters including the entitlement of the petitioner, which is also a point for limitation. 3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
