PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 & 471 of IPC., in Crime No. Not Known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case has been registered in Cr.No.50 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 120(b), 406 and 420 I.P.C.
