ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 03.01.2025 seeking issuance of patta in her name.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she claims right over the property to an extent of 306 Square feet with house in Survey No. 694A/2A1A1A1 under registered settlement deed dated 13.06.2007 executed by her father namely Mohammed Hussin. The petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents seeking issuance of patta in her name based on registered documents and parent documents and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that the

representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court. 4.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
