ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to disburse retirement benefits, monthly pension, pension arrears, commutation of pension and all other service benefits to the petitioner with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of his retirement. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.Claiming for disbursement of retirement benefits as well as other benefits, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents on 20.06.2017. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.On notice, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent today produced a copy of the proceedings, dated 05.07.2017, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. 5.Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the same.

6.Granting such liberty, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
