ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned Counsel submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to give fresh representation to the respondents.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
