ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachments in S.Nos. 139/7, 139/8, 168/7 and 179/2 at Poolankurichi Village, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District, and further direct the respondents 4 and 7 that not to grant any permission to conduct Jallikattu in the petitioners service punja lands to anyone, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 13.03.2026 and 24.03.2026.
2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, 5 & 6. Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 4 & 7. 3/7
4.The petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents on 13.03.2026 and 24.03.2026 and filed this writ petition for a mandamus to consider his representations.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the sixth respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be disposed of, within a time frame.
6. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the sixth respondent to dispose of the representations made by the petitioner dated 13.03.2026 and 24.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
