ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that this is a case of job racketing and that one complaint has been received against the petitioner.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11056 of 2020 4.The third respondent is directed to conclude the petition mentioned enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at the end of the enquiry, it is decided to register any FIR, the petitioner shall be put on notice so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

5. With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
