This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.64 of 2020 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 465, 466, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC.

2.The defacto complainant is one Srinivas. He is present before this Court. He has been duly identified by Mrs.Pandiammal, the Sub Inspector of Police attached to the first respondent. The impugned FIR is quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed.
