: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to take immediate action to control the mosquito breeding and mosquito population and eradicate the mosquito diseases in Tamil Nadu in war footing manner, to instruct all the authorities concerned to keep life saving drugs anytime in all Government Hospitals round the clock and allot separate rooms for the patients affected by new mysterious fever dengue, chickengunaya, malaria and other mosquito related diseases and monitor them round the clock, by considering the petitioners representation dated 03.07.2017.

2. There is already a writ petition pending before this Court in W.P.[MD].No.2254 of 2016 in the very same matter. There is no need for another writ petition in the very same subject matter.
