COMMON PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on bail in C.C.Nos.500 of 2022 and 11 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur in Crime Nos.410 of 2022 and 184 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9323 of 2023, who is facing trial for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 511 IPC in C.C.No.500 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur in Crime No.410 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The petitioner/A1 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9325 of 2023, who is facing trial for the offences punishable under Sections 454, 457 and 380 of IPC in C.C.No.11 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur in Crime No.184 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

CRL OP(MD). Nos.9323 and 9325 of 2023 3.The case of the prosecution, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9323 of 2023, is that on 16.11.2022 at night hours, the petitioner and other accused entered into the house of the de-facto complainant and attempted to commit theft.

4.The case of the prosecution, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9325 of 2023, is that on 11.05.2022 at about 06.30 p.m., the petitioner and other accused entered into the house of the de-facto complainant and committed theft of six sovereigns of gold jewels worth about Rs.23,32,500/-.

5.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that this is the petitioner's third application for bail in both the petitions and the earlier applications for bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.225, 240, 2883 and 2886 were dismissed on 12.01.2023 and 07.03.2023. He would further submit that there is no change of circumstances in this case and hence, he would object for grant of bail. 6.Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances, since the dismissal of the earlier petitions, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.In the result, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
