ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 School for collecting excess fees for issuing Transfer Certificate, based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 21.08.2020.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that an enquiry was conducted by the District Educational Officer on 02.09.2020 and a report was also submitted to the third respondent/Chief Educational Officer on 16.09.2020.
