This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to give police protection for alignment barbed wire fencing to save life and limb of the petitioner based on the representation dated 06.10.2022 within the period stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that there is civil dispute pending between the parties.

3.In view of the above, the parties are directed to workout their remedy before the civil Court. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
