The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2016 and to declare that "Ashok Nagar" layout in Survey No.12/2A at Reddiyarpatti Village is not approved and existing one.
