ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report on the basis of the First Information Report in Crime No.57 of 2020, dated 02.11.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, investigation was undertaken and during the course of investigation, it was found that there is no truth in the complaint given by this petitioner and notice was issued and further action has been dropped on 05.11.2020. RCS Notice was also served upon the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
