Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the second respondent office proceedings in Na.Ka.ano.53-A/Ee.2/2016, dated 17.1.2017 and to quash the same and further to direct the first respondent and his subordinates not to take any action on the basis of the second respondent's order dated 17.1.2017 in Na.Ka.ano.53A/Ee.2/2016. ORDER

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the Petitioner to file an appeal before the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on filing such appeal, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on the same, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
