ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.77 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that A1 in this case, has received a sum of Rs.9,23,000/- from the de-facto complainant and his friends for arranging job in Croatia Country but as per the promise, he did not arrange job to them and not repaid the money and cheated them, hence, the case. 3.On 03.03.2023, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that petitioner has given a sum of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.11556 of 2022 Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the victims by way of demand draft.

4.As per direction of this Court, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.30,000/- to each victims, totally Rs.90,000/- by way of demand draft. He also undertakes to pay the remaining amount within a stipulated period as imposed by this Court.

5.Considering the above request, the interim anticipatory bail already granted by this Court, dated 03.03.2023, is hereby made absolute subject to the following condition:

The petitioner shall pay the remaining amount to the victims within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted shall stands dismissed automatically and the respondent is at liberty to secure the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law.
