ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue non traceable certificate in respect of the registered settlement deed dated 01.05.1979 bearing Doc.No.775/1979 on the file of the Sub Registrar Aranthangi in CSR.No.578/2022 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already there was a direction and the petitioner has not produced all the documents as requested by the Investigating Officer.

3.In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
