O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a detailed enquiry and take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2017 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against few persons a complaint was given in the form of representation dated 03.06.2017, however, no action is taken so far. It is also stated that the respondent police has registered a case when the accused in the Writ Petition gave a complaint. However, when similar complaint was given by the petitioner, the complaint was not entertained.

3.The said statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner was stoutly denied by the learned Special Government Pleader. He submitted that a case was registered even against the persons who have shown as accused in the complaint preferred by the petitioner. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no discrimination. He also undertook that the respondent police will do to the needful as required in law.

4.Since the criminal complaint has already been registered, this Court is of the view that no further direction is required in this case and the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(Records) / True Copy / Sub Assistant Registrar(C.S.) To:
