Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to forthwith refund the Post Retirement Benefit Scheme contribution to the petitioners together with interest at the rate of 6 % per annum payable to the petitioners from the date of their retirement to till the date on which the said benefits are paid to them.

ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. When the petitioners herein had sought for information as to outstanding amount payable under the Post Retirement Benefit Fund Scheme, through their request under the provisions of Right to Information Act, the respondent had informed the petitioners that some amount is payable to them, in their reply dated 09.02.2022.
3. In this connection, each of the petitioners herein are called upon to submit a fresh representation along with a copy of this order to the respondent herein. On receipt of such representations, the respondent shall consider the same within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the representations and disburse the eligible amount to them, together with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, from the date on which the amount is due to each of them.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
