ORDER

This Revision has been filed to set aside the 1st condition in the impugned order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Pudukkottai, in Cr.M.P.No.4469 of 2022, dated 12.01.2023, and return the petitioner's Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No. TN-63-T-2122 seized by the 1st respondent on 18.11.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner sent a letter dated 19.09.2023 to the Registry along with letter of the petitioner and whereunder, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the above Revision. Accordingly, the matter appeared today under the caption "for withdrawal". 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
