Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed, seeking to direct respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners as per G.O.Ms.No.1426 Home (Pol.XV) Department, dated 11.10.2007 and to pay the regular time scale of pay of Rs.4,800/- - 10000/- + Grade pay Rs.1,300/- as per the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in RC.No.168346/NGB 6(1) 2011, dated 21.05.2013 and to pay the monetary benefits to them.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that though the second respondent has recommended to the first respondent by its letter, dated 21.05.2013 to regularize the services of the petitioners as per G.O.Ms.No.110, dated 17.03.2011, the same has not been been considered so far. Hence, the petitioners have sent representations and the same are still pending, without consideration. Hence, these Writ Petitions.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who on instructions, submitted that the representations of the petitioners would be considered in line with the proceedings passed by the second respondent, dated 21.05.2013.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned

Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioners representations dated Nil and 27.10.2015, respectively, in line with the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 21.05.2013 and pass necessary orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
