ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2017 to recognize ''Sri Kumaran Typewriting Institute''. 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The case of the petitioner is that pursuant to his selection as typist in the Judicial Department, the typewriting institute, which was run by him was discontinued and the said institute was subsequently run by one Umamaheswari. After, the petitioner attained age of superannuation and wanted to run the typewriting institute to meet out his livelihood, as he has been receiving only meager amount as pension. In this regard, he submitted an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
application to the respondents along with all necessary documents for grant of recognition. Consequent thereto, the first respondents, after inspection, informed the petitioner that another typewriting institute is situated within the radius of 100 metres and therefore, the petitioner shifted his typewriting machines to some other place and informed the same to the respondents along with explanation letter dated 09.01.2017. The petitioner also sent several representations, the last one of which was dated 10.06.2017 to the respondents to consider his request in respect of grant of recognition. Since the said representations did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 10.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
